Hints & TipsTime out for MomMoms need a break too. While your child is napping put a load of laundry in the washing machine or run the dishwasher. Then set yourself down on the sofa and turn on your favorite soap, put in your favorite chick-flick, grab some handwork or just put your head back and take a short power snooze. A "time out" from all the thinking and care giving will allow you to be much more cheerful, well rested and ready to go for more. A rested Mom is a more cheerful care provider. |
