Hints & TipsSocks and AFOsHow on earth does a parent prevent heat rashes, skin irritation and break down when their child is wearing knee high leg braces (or AFOs). By wearing knee high socks! Most boys can wear athletic socks just fine. During the winter girls may find athletic socks to be warm and comfortable. During the heat of summer lighter weight knee high trouser socks are a cooler alternative. (And they don't look so funny under a pair of shorts!) |
